I hate the sound of my own voice. So why would this work for me?

Initially most people dislike the sound of their own voice as research reveals our own voice sounds different than we expect. But science shows once you become familiar with hearing your own voice, not only will you grow to prefer it, your voice is actually an incredible tool for regulating your emotions and supporting yourself. What is different about way?

With way, you're the expert on you. There is no stranger [or insert famous guru or celebrity] telling you what to do. way does not lock you into more screen time, live classes, or scheduled sessions. way is not a strict daily practice where you have to learn to do it “right”. Use your tracks however, whenever, and wherever you choose.
